We Can Rise Private Women’s Retreats

We Can Rise retreats are held at one of two of Robin’s Southern California private destinations.  Each retreat is comprised of 4-6 executive women, and is available by invitation only. The goal of We Can Rise Private Retreats is to engage the hearts and minds of similarly-staged career women by connecting them at an offsite venue to spend time growing together and strengthening their body, mind, and spirit.   This small group of impressive women will have the opportunity to share their career challenges and receive career advancement guidance in an intimate setting, while enjoying great food, yoga, hiking and the companionship of like-minded women.

Hosted Workshops

Robin offers her two private southern California locations to like-minded Workshop organizers so that they can host their own small group retreats of 8-12 guests onsite.

At Two Locations

- The beautiful Rancho Santa Fe San Diego site is 20 minutes from San Diego airport. The property includes 4 acres, with a beautiful garden, large deck with seating for 20+, main house, a guest house/ collaboration space, a covered palapa for yoga and presentations, and attached hiking trails for day hikes.  Property sleeps up to 6 people (suggest remaining guests secure lodging offsite) and is a one mile walk to village, shops and restaurants.

- The lovely Lake Arrowhead site is only 2 hours by car from both Los Angeles and San Diegowith the closest airport being Ontario, CA.  The charming oversized lodge has a central gourmet kitchen and meeting area, four stone friesplaces, an attached apartment for meeting space, and sleeps up to 10 people and is a half mile walk to lake, village, and restaurants.  The property is also 30 minutes from snowskiing at Big Bear, CA.

Corporate Events - Non and For Profit

Robin hosts 50-100+ guest non-profit and corporate events for companies that are advancing healthcare careers of women at her beautiful private venue in north county San Diego.  She intentionally reserves her private venue for mission driven, people first companies and organizations whose missions advance women in the world.
